PENNY KUBIN

— FOR —

STATE REPRESENTATIVE

DISTRICT 27

A neighbor, a mother, and a Delawarean fighting for accountability, safer streets, and common sense in Dover. The full campaign site is on the way — here's a first look at what we're standing for.

Mary Penny Kubin, candidate for Delaware State Representative District 27

Meet the candidate

Standing up for District 27.

I'm running because our community deserves leaders who show up, listen, and demand answers. From overcrowded schools and rising utility bills to public safety in places like Glasgow Park and the growing roads of northern Middletown — District 27 needs a voice that puts neighbors before politics.

Where I Stand

The Issues That Matter

Schools & Accountability

I support our schools and fully funding programs — but taxpayers deserve itemized budgets, not blank checks. Where is the money going when new schools are millions short before work is barely started?

Safer Communities

Glasgow Park and our neighborhoods deserve to feel safe again. We must uphold our laws, stop the revolving door for repeat offenders, and keep pace with growth in northern Middletown so our roads and families stay protected.

Lower Taxes, Stronger Small Business

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. We need accountability for every tax dollar and policies that help local job creators grow — not burden them.

Affordable Utility Bills

Increase oversight of utility companies, cut unnecessary costs passed to consumers, and stop Delaware families from subsidizing data centers and large energy users.
